Systems thinking and leverage points: exploring diverse perspectives on wicked problems

This workshop will introduce and experience systems thinking as a tool for understanding complex problems (such as the current social-ecologial crisis) and integrate diverse perspectives of the people involved in them. We will also explore what are the leverage points that can help create the desired change in these messy situations, discussing their potential and limitations. We will use different games to see and experience why complex systems are so difficult to transform, how important it is to have an open mind and escape our own mind paths, and discuss the relevance of being aware of the different perspectives and interests that diverse people may have on the same situation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hier geht's zu Anmeldung : https://survey.klimacamp.at/index.php/683769?lang=de-informal
