Moving closer through ecological grief – a somatic community-exploration

Moving with and through the emotionalities of ecological grief can help us to situate ourselves and land in the power_ful connected webs of our activist communities and the more-than-human world. In this workshop, we’ll get in touch with these emotions, express them through body, movements, words, and voice, hold them together, and thus experience these webs. We will explore through elements of movement research, contact improvisation, ecosomatics, collective sharing, authentic movement, and queerfeminist thought.
