🎤Rythms of Resistance
In this workshop we would like to give you an idea about the Rhythms of Resistance network, its values and principles. With our rhythms, tunes, dances and shouts we go on the streets to stand in solidarity with anti-capitalistic and anti-discriminatory movements and protest and fight for social and ecological justice. We invite you to experience the power of drumming and how music can not only give a voice but also create togetherness.
This interactive beginner workshop offers you an insight into out forms of protests and how we take our concerns to the streets – with loud drum rhythms and dances. During the workshop, you will immerse yourself with us in our world of "tunes" and rhythms, as well as our dances, which are practiced universally in the transnational network Rhythms of Resistance in many European cities and beyond. Feel free to join us for this workshop and experience within and in between with us.
