Tracing Our Food to Deforestation in the Global South

We eat up the world's forests with every-day products at alarming rates. In the last 30 years forest areas the size of the EU were destroyed. This endangers people and ecosystems in the Global South and fuels the climate crisis. In this workshop we'll trace the drivers of this destruction back to the consequences on the ground and ask: How should we best try to stop it?
