How are we organized?
Most of the work takes place in working groups. There are currently the following:

Program: Takes care of the program (workshops, discussions, films, …) of the camp.

Infrastructure: Takes care of everything that is needed at the camp (tents, benches, tables, power supply, water, …).

Public relations: Takes care of our social media activities, designs posters, flyers and stickers and whatever else is needed.

Life at the camp: Organizes everything camp-related that is not already covered by program & infrastructure (childcare, helping hands, schedule, camp plan, signs, …)

Action support: Plans the day of action.

Awareness: Takes care of an awareness structure at the camp and internal trainings.

Finance & Legal: Takes care of accounting, funding applications and legal matters.

Process & Transformation: Prepares meetings, organizes content-related workshops & discussions and tries to keep an overview.

Many of us are in several working groups – depending on our personal interests. The workload for each working group also varies greatly from month to month. So many working groups have less to do at the beginning, but the more it goes towards the camp (which usually takes place in May or June) the more intensive it becomes.

We are currently planning the workshops according to demand. Feel free to write to us on insta or by email, then we will add you to the ‘starters’ signal group, where we’ll inform about the next meetings 🙂
