‚Success is a team sport‘

As a Ukrainian refugee from Kyiv now in Vienna, I create therapeutic environments for women through coaching lunches based on Spiral Dynamics principles. As a psychotherapist, coach, educator, and more, I aim to help Ukrainian women integrate into the Viennese community. Die Schenke, a free-shop/cafe I contribute to, enables a non-bureaucratic approach to these events. My goal is to unite women, providing coaching and support, and offering art-yoga-therapy for their children. These women form friendships and teams, eventually returning to rebuild Ukraine with a shared vision. Identifying as a world citizen, I easily integrated and want to share my skills and success story with others.
