This year’s camp will take place from May 24 to June 1, 2025, in St. Marx in Vienna<\/strong>, in cooperation with the ‘St. Marx f\u00fcr Alle<\/strong>‘ initiative. For one week, a space will be created for education, networking, and exchange between various civil society groups and interested individuals. We invite you and your ideas for workshops, presentations, games, or skill sharing \u2013 the more interactive the better.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This year’s main topic is ‘City for Everyone’. It’s about the struggle for communally designed and organized spaces free from pressure to consume<\/strong>, and against gentrification and other forms of exclusion and displacement. We are thus aligning ourselves with the struggle of the ‘St. Marx for All’ initiative, which advocates for the participatory design of the open space<\/strong> of the former cattle slaughterhouse and against the construction of another mega-event hall<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nParticipatory urban planning, city from below, right to the city, ecological city, resistant city, appropriation of open spaces, socialization, gentrification, displacement, common good vs. profit interests<\/h2>\n
