Klima- gegen Sozialpolitik ist ein Narrativ, dass viel erz\u00e4hlt wird. Besonders in der Wohnpolitik wird hier zu wenig zusammen gedacht. Dabei geht es nur zusammen. Ohne klimapolitischen Ma\u00dfnahmen gibt es keine Gerechtigkeit in der Wohnpolitik. Soziale Ungerechtigkeit verst\u00e4rkt sich mit jedem Zehntel Grad Erderw\u00e4rmung - wenn wir nicht JETZT unsere St\u00e4dte radikal anders denken und planen wird es kein gerechtes Leben in der Stadt geben.  In diesem  Workshop soll gezeigt werden, wie sehr Klima- und gerechte Wohnpolitik zusammenh\u00e4ngen und wieso der Bau von neuen Geb\u00e4uden niemals die Wohnmarktprobleme l\u00f6sen wird. Welche Personen profitieren von diesen Neubauten und wieso treiben klimapolitische Ma\u00dfnahmen oft Gentrifizierung voran - und was kann getan werden, dass dies nicht passiert? Wer zieht die F\u00e4den in der Wohnpolitik in Wien und wieso gibt es trotz starker SP\u00d6 Wahlergebnisse konstant schwierigere Wohnverh\u00e4ltnisse in Wien? <br \/><br \/>\ud83c\udfaa City for All Camp <br \/>\ud83d\udccdMonday, 26.05 <br \/>\ud83d\udd5110AM <br \/>\ud83c\udfa4Victoria (she\/her) <br \/><br \/>Who owns the city - justice between rent, climate and power. <br \/><br \/> Who owns the city? Climate versus social policy is a narrative that is told a lot. In housing policy in particular, too little is thought about together. But it can only work together. Without climate policy measures, there is no justice in housing policy. Social injustice increases with every tenth of a degree of global warming - if we do not radically rethink and plan our cities NOW, there will be no just life in the city.  This workshop will show how climate and fair housing policies are linked and why the construction of new buildings will never solve the housing market problems. Who benefits from these new buildings and why do climate policies often drive gentrification - and what can be done to prevent this from happening?
