Workshop Call for the Climate Camp near Vienna 2019
This is your chance to share your experience, your knowledge and your passion with likeminded people wanting to make a change by organizing a workshop at the Climate Camp 2019 near Vienna!
Preparations for the Climate Camp 2019 are in full swing! This summer, we want to live our utopia of a world of climate justice and solidarity. For seven days, we want to create a space for encounters, discussions and exchange (of knowledge) between participants in order to let our visions come to life.
One of the cornerstones of the Climate Camp is the Workshop program, as we are thrilled by the prospect of pooling our knowledge, passing on expertise and infusing one another with the energy to make a change.
And this is where you come in! In order to create a diverse Workshop program, we are looking for people who are eager to share their know-how in their own creative way. How you organize your workshop is entirely up to you: it can be practical, theoretical or about activism, alternative-inspiring or constructive-criticizing.
What is the Climate Camp? The Climate Camp is a place for utopias, for inspiration, and for harmonious cooperation. Furthermore, it is a space to network and exchange ideas on climate change, climate justice, other social movements – and a system change.
When? The Climate Camp 2019 will take place from May 26th to June 2nd 2019. Workshops are scheduled primarily in the mornings and afternoons from May 26th to May 31th.
Where? The Climate Camp will take place on the plot of an organic farm in Wolkersdorf/Obersdorf near Vienna.
